Soupstock is taking over the Welcome to Thornbury truck yard for a one-day-only celebration of everything warm, brothy, and deeply comforting.

We’ve gathered some of Melbourne’s best food trucks and asked them to do what they do best — serve up their signature sloshy, steamy, soul-repairing goodness.

• Messy, glorious soupy birria tacos

• Plus other mystery ladle-based creations designed to warm your insides and slightly test your coordination
