The Vegan Vegout at Welcome to Thornbury
Melbourne’s Monthly Vegan Food Truck Festival
Looking for vegan food in Melbourne, plant-based food trucks, good drinks and a reason to get the gang together? Say hello to The Vegan Vegout.
Held monthly at Welcome to Thornbury in Northcote, The Vegan Vegout brings together an ever-changing lineup of 100% vegan food trucks and vendors, animal-loving locals, community groups and animal rescue organisations for a big, casual celebration of plant-based food.
Created and run by Woking Amazing, Melbourne’s longest-running vegan food truck, Vegan Vegout has been bringing the vegan community together since 2017 — with plenty of food, drinks, dogs, good people and a little bit of doing-good thrown in.
And yes, you absolutely do not have to be vegan to come along.
Come hungry. Bring your mates. Bring the dog. Veg out.
What is The Vegan Vegout?
The Vegan Vegout is a monthly vegan food truck event in Melbourne, bringing together some of the best plant-based food vendors for a relaxed day or evening of eating, drinking and hanging out.
Each event features a rotating selection of vegan food trucks and vendors, so there is always something new to try. Think plant-based comfort food, vegan street food, sweet treats and plenty of options for anyone looking to discover just how good vegan food can be.
Alongside the food, Vegan Vegout is about community, animal welfare and connection.
The event regularly supports animal charities and not-for-profit animal rescue organisations, including through donation drives for essentials such as pet food and bedding.
So while you're here for the food, you can do a little good while you're at it.
